UWCSEA student application system

Welcome to our application system. We are delighted that you are interested in making an application to UWCSEA.


Applications for the new academic year starting in August 2024/25, opened on 1 September 2023. Please ensure that you check our application deadlines to ensure that you do not miss the opportunity to apply.

Though applications remain open for K1 to G9 for Term 2 January 2025, we have now closed these grades to new applicants for late places for Term 1 August 2024:

  • Dover: K1, Grade 1, Grade 4, Grade 5, Grade 6
  • East: K2, Grade 3, Grade 5, Grade 6, Grade 7
  • Boarding: Grade 8
  • We are no longer accepting applications from Singapore Citizens

A reminder that all Boarding applications received after 5th January 2024 and Day applications received after 2nd February will be considered for late places only.

To access the application system, create or login to your parent account. The username/User ID is attached to the email address of the parent making the application. Parents can manage applications for multiple children, including siblings of currently enrolled students, under a single account.

Important notices

Before you begin an application, please note the following: 

1. Applications are to be completed by a parent or legal guardian in English. Parents are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied (by themselves or by a third party) is complete and accurate.

2. If the applicant is already attending another UWC, please contact our Admissions Team before applying: admissions@uwcsea.edu.sg

3. School reports: to complete an application, reports in English from the last two academic years (including the most recently completed term) need to be uploaded. If reports are not entirely in English please provide a notarised translation. We are not able to review any application without a complete set of reports, translated if necessary.

4. Full disclosure: when submitting your application, we ask that you read and acknowledge that you have understood the College's Standard Terms and Conditions. This includes acknowledgment that the application may be closed (or offer withdrawn, or enrolment cancelled) if there is not full disclosure of the following in the original application: 

the nationality and citizenship of the applicant, in particular Singapore citizenship or if you have an application for Singapore Citizenship in progress before application or at any point during the admissions process and before starting at the College.

any matters relating to your child's learning or circumstances that may have an impact upon your child's ability to progress well at the College


5. Applications are considered successfully submitted only when the application fee has been paid in full and all of the required documentation is included in the application. The application fee is non-refundable, whether or not we are able to offer your child a place in this application cycle. The fee is valid for a single application cycle.

Data Protection: by submitting an application you are agreeing that the College may use the personal data collected for the purpose of managing this application to the College. The College collects and uses data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (2012). Our Personal Data Protection Policy  outlines full details of how we use and manage your data. 

As all places for January 2023 have now been allocated, applications for the 2022/2023 Academic Year have now closed. We would be delighted to be able to consider your child for admission in the 2023/2024 Academic Year.

Due to demand, we are no longer able to accept applications for Boarders or for those wishing to join Grade 11 at the Dover Campus, whether as a Day Student or Boarder, for the 2023/2024 Academic Year.

Applications to Grades 9, 10 and 11 have now closed. Although all available places for August entry into K1 to G8 have now been allocated, there remains a limited opportunity for placement in January 2023. If you are interested in January placement for your child, we encourage you to contact Admissions to ask about availability before submitting an application.
